Trying again - Any Torontonians out there??

I joined yesterday. I have lost about 35 lbs since January with WW plan and walking. I lost momentum and am trying to get back to sessible eating and exercise. With fall programs beginning soon I joined an aquafit class and Tai Chi so will exercise 2 days a week and now need to add more. I love to swim so may make that another day and then don't know. What are you doing to exercise? I am 66 yrs with osteo arthritis and so need to chose good for my body. Find exercise is the best way to keep the weight loss going though. Love to here from others who are like minded.:smile:
