I love olive oil and balsamic vinegar. But, my daughter makes a great dressing with olive oil, lemon juice, a little sea salt and cracked black pepper. So fresh tasting!0

Maple Grove Farms of Vermont has an amazing Lite Caesar dressing that makes me want to keep eating salad (which is a good thing) and I've found that Kraft makes a tasty Light House Italian.
