Just starting, need exercise program that works!

:smile: Anyone have a program that isn't over an hour a day that works on butt and theighs?

    Turbo Jam! 40mins workouts for your entire body. You will deff feel the butt& thighs working every day :)

    I started with EA Sports Active 2 for the PS3 and walking. Now I'm nearing the end of the 30 Day Shred.

    Virtually anything by Jillian Michaels should do the trick!

    Are you trying to lose weight or just increase fitness?

    No exercise will get you the look you want faster than lifting heavy weights. Workouts are 30-35 minutes including the warm-up and cool-down. You only need to lift 3 times per week. Check your local library or Amazon for the book "The New Rules of Lifting for Women." I've been doing the program for 2 months and I can't believe the transformation in my body. Of course there are other lifting programs out there too. Just pick one.

    But the bottom line is step away from the treadmill (and other cardio) and start lifting!
