Work Out Suggestions

It has been a solid month since I started this lifestyle change. I have only lost 3 lbs, but have lost a total of 6 inches, which I am thrilled with. My workouts so far have only consisted of 1 hour of cardio a day. I am noticing that I need to start toning now. I hate, hate, hate, complicated work outs and videos. Does anyone have any suggestions for simple work out routines that have given you maximum results? My target areas are my mid section and arms. Thanks!
