How do you track marinade on meats. We are making fajitas tonight and I have the steak marinating at home. I know how to count the meat, but what do I add for the marinade?

I generally don't count a marinade. Since it's mainly the spices and herbs that get absorbed into the meat I don't worry about it, they don't really have measurable calories. The liquid itself doesn't really absorb into the meat.
