Has anyone ever been to see an iridiologist? I've got a big brown patch on one of my eyes and would love to know what it means!

Has anyone got any experience of this?

It probably doesn't mean anything......

I have. I had no idea what iridology was until I saw an alternative health practitioner. She said I had a brown spot in one eye over the "colon" area. I didn't tell her what I was having problems with initially but I KNEW I had colon issues (constipation, diarrhea, symptoms similar to IBS or Crohn's disease). I was not surprised when she told me she suspected I was having digestive issues. ;o)

I haven't been back (my insurance doesn't cover it). But she had me do a gallbladder/liver cleanse and call me crazy, but I haven't had ANY digestive issues since then. I also changed my eating drastically (went mostly organic and cleaner, raw foods). Not that you asked all of that...just to say that she was on to something ( no matter how hokey it sounds, LOL). ;o) I'd love to go see her again and see what she finds.

The trouble is it's hard to know which bit relates to which bit if you know what I mean. Mind you, that chart means I've either got back problems (which I do) or spleen issues which is something I've been looking at recently because of something else, so it could well mean something!
