Lower Sugar, Higher Iron

So it seems that I am always so far over my sugar and so far under on my iron!

My goal sugar is 24.... yet one banana takes up 19 of those! I really need to start taking a look at cutting out some of the guilty pleasures... especially my one pop (41!!) a day.

What foods are helpful for increasing Iron? I am lucky if I get to 50 out of 100. Many days it seems I have been below 40! I always knew I never got a lot of Iron, I guess now I have just started to care about it. My fitness pal made me reailze just how deficient I am in that area. :ohwell:

Tuna or other fish have a lot of iron and so do many veggies--especially green ones. I take a multi vitamin though because I have trouble getting 100% most days.
