What if you didn't weigh yourself each week? What if you kept tracking food and being active, but instead determined your success on things like how your clothes fit, fitness accomplishments, getting fruits/veggies/water in, etc? If you weighed twice as much as you do now but you looked good and felt good would it matter what the number on the scale said? Just some things I’m thinking about right now….

I hate the scale. I want to think that way but every week i go back to it, probably because of MFP though, just so i can post progress. I wouldnt care if i weighed 20lbs heavier and looked how i do, i just want to be fit and strong.0
