Lost 12-lbs in one month

Though I realize that I probably will not lose this much weight again come next month, due to water weight loss, I am going to continue to do what I did and that is to count my required daily calories and my protein. And though I do exercise, two to three times a week for 2 to 2-1/2 hours, I do not log these exercises to my diary. I'd rather not see that I have 500 calories left because I burned 500 calories that day from exercising. Instead, I'd rather just invest it in burning off those extra 500 calories.
Hopefully, I will lose around 2 to 4-lbs and I would be even happy with just 1 pound loss!
To be continued!

I prefer not to log my exercise either. I like to eat what I eat and then just reap the benefits of the calorie deficit from the exercise. Good luck!!0
