    The Goverment has a meal planner where you can plan your own by breakfast lunch and dinner. http://hp2010.nhlbihin.net/menuplanner/menu.cgi. Or you could try the menu by ian smith on 50 million lb challenge.

    Thanks for the info on the 50 million challenge.

    I love that it pretty much spells it out for you. The only thing is, it seems like SO much food to eat in just one day! Is this how much we are supposed to eat?
