worst day ever

worst day ever had a complete snack attack thank goodness everything in my pantry is pretty low in calories but they still added up and after not working out Monday i sort of fell off the bandwagon exercise wise

    Lets start getting you back on now. I know it can be frustrating and a downward spiral when you fall off once but keep your chin up and get ready to hop back on tomorrow!

    Exactly, tomorrow is a new day. And thoguh I didnt look at your diary double check your protein intake, it can be much higher then what MFP allows, protein takes longer to digest and prevents the munchies

    Don't beat yourself up about this. Let it go, and move on! Plan ahead what you will eat tomorrow. And you said you slacked in exercising? Well, go exercise now, before it gets too late!

    No worries :) I kind of accidentally drank a whole bottle of wine with a chinese last week... left me over by 1k and I didn't have time to work out! Not even going to pretend it's the first time I've done it either lol.

    Get back on track tomorrow, work a lil harder but don't feel guilty or miserable :) Good luck!
