Coffee bags are ground coffee aren't they? If you look at the database ground coffee is in it at 2 cals for 8oz.0

Black coffee is little to no calories. It's if you add milk, sugar, flavouring etc that it becomes high in calories. I used to drink soy flat white with 1 equal every day before MFP. When I realised how many calories that was taking up, i went to long blacks. It took a couple of days to get used to it, but now I LOVE my long blacks!! (Has to be good coffee though!)0

Yes they are just ground coffee in a bag. 2 cals is still great if it wasnt for all the caffiene it would be the perfect drink....other than water of course0
