My Favorite Exercise Video

So I have tried several video in the past few weeks since I have joined MFP and I think that I have found my favorite. It is The Biggest Loser Power Walk Video that features 4 16 minute one mile indoor workouts that increase in intensity and that features a 5 minute cooldown as well. I did walk 1 and then the cooldown. It is such a simple workout that can be down in small space which is great for people who live in small spaces. I was not sure how to log it in the database so I ended up putting it under low impact aerobics. Has anyone else tried this video yet?

I haven't used this particular video, but I use Leslie Sansone's walking videos when I can't get outside...I generally log them as "walking" I may have to check into this one...with winter coming up, I'll be searching for a few good videos to rotate between to keep active.0
