Question about sizing and alterations?

Ok so I have a pair of skinny jeans that started as a size 8, but I recently took them in a bit so they'd fit right. I ended up having to take 2 inches off of each side all the way down to the knee, then 1 inch from the knees down(they taper pretty sharp already).
What size would they be now with the 4 inches taken off total at the waist and hips?
