New to message boards

I have used the myfitnesspal app on my phone inconsistently for a while to count calories and keep track of my exercise. I just started using it on my computer. Since giving birth to my second child, I have been slowly gaining weight. She is now 3 1/2 and I have gained 15 pounds since the day she was born. It has been hard for me to stick with eating smaller portions and finding the time to exercise. I am a stay at home mom, as well as small business owner, soccer (sports and dance too) mom, volunteer in various organizations, and I find that I end up eating lots of snacky foods throughout the day, plus any food my kids don't eat, etc.. My oldest just started third grade on Monday, and my youngest is going to be starting pre school three days a week soon. Now is the time to start spending more time taking care of myself again!
