So, today I am having my own personal victory, i have officially cut my BMI by 4.7 points ( from my highest weight ever) all on my own!

I know i have a long way left to go, but hey!, why not enjoy my little bitty bitty accomplishments!?

I mean hell, thats more than the points averaged by my college football team.

GO MEAN GREEN! haha!

I doubt that your doctor would consider this a small accomplishment nor lame!

Keep up the good work, and give yourself a ton of credit. This is hard and you're doing it.
