Apple pecan salad with pomegranate dressing is Effen Delicious! I want one right now but I've gone over my calories :frown:

    OMG! i LOVE LOVE LOVE that salad! I think i may get one tomorrow after my workout! Yummy. I love Wendy's. I used to eat the fattiest foods from Wendy's before i came here. I look at the nutrition info for some of the stuff, and i realize i was eating almost all my calories in ONE meal from wendy's! Bleh! Now i just get the Salad. Only 400 some calories :)

    I actually eat about 1 grilled chicken from them a week. I LOVE them. I get em plain and bring it back home and put on some light miracle whip just to add a bit of taste and yum yum yum!!
