paying a debt sucks
Just like we don't want to pay our debts, like credit card debt and all the debts even bills. It sucks to pay off your eating debt. Imagine having to work out more to burn off your calories of the food you have already eaten. That kind of exercise is no fun and that's what happened to me yesterday. I had to work out harder and more to work pay my eating debt. Lesson I learned is that I have to make wise eating decision that will not leave me indebted to my food journal/ log. Today I still have a lot of calories that I need to consume and am running out of what to eat. Now in that case exercise is good. Anyone know what I am talking about. Did anyone ever pay the eating debt like I had to do. It is not good to be in debt. We should always have surplus

I try to look at it this way too. Mainly because I'm pretty disiplined with my money, so it gets my head in a "I can do it mode".
Also I have a ton of emotional baggage when it comes to food that I don't have with money.
If I have a big car repair or go a little nuts on my vacation with my credit card I don't beat myself up and think that I'm worthless, I just make the sacrifices that's needed to get it paid off. That's where I want to be with food. This is going to be something I have to control the rest of my life. I need to take the emotion out of it and make the choices that will allow me to acheive my goals and still enjoy life.0 -
