I roughly burn 6 calories per minute weight training. However, you burn a lot of calories after the workout. Healing muscles burns calories.0

I add it under cardio... Only place I found to record calorie burning.0 -

If you have a heart rate monitor that is the best thing I can think of to use. Most accurate anyways. You can go under cardio and look for strength training/weight lifting and it will give you an estimate on what you burned according to your settings. Good luck!
As a sidenote for myself, I burn 115 cals every 15 min of heavy lifting. I wear a hrm.0 -
