I don't have a huge amount to lose, but I have been here for a while hovering around the same weight - pound up, pound down - for a long time! Recently I had two weeks abroad and lost some weight (lots of swimming, not being around the kitchen, not clearing up kids leftovers, not baking!) - maintained that new weight for a couple of weeks but today have been shocked to discover I've gained it all back and some. I don't think I can completely blame TOM, though that is a factor. Am hoping it's more than just a factor.... Could I really have 3-4pounds since last week? I have to admit it's school holidays and we've been baking a lot - my eating hasn't been all it could be. I guess I just wanted reassurance that I could get down to that post holiday weight again....

During the TOM I have gained up to 6pds of water weight. Honestly the week before and the week off you can jump a significant number. Just give it a week and see if it goes back down.0
