What exercise do I add the 30 day shred level 3 under???
Its my first day today! Going to post some pictures later of me at the start then on day 10 20 and 30 when I get there!

Like what do you mean?? It's a Jillian Michaels workout.. log under circuit training, general.. it's about 25 minutes long from start to finish.0 -
