Hello, my name is Daniella. I am a 24 year old stay at home mom. I have two beautiful children, Kassidy (4) and Caleb (2). I have a wonderful husband, Shane. I have tried many time to lose weight, but have only ever been successful up to 17 pounds. Currently I have lost 22 pounds since August, but I am only counting the weight that I have lose since December 1st on my ticker. My husband and my mother are being way more supportive this time. I find myself always looking at how many calories are in things. I even catch Shane checking stuff for me.
For my exercise I do the wii fit mostly. I can't get out for walks because I usually babysit from 9am-930pm. If it was just me and my kids I would put them into a stroller and go, but it just can't happen cause I rarely ever have time to myself. I am making it a point to start having "me time" I know I need it.
I have made myself little rewards, for every ten pounds that I lose. I still have yet to reach my first goal, but I think within 2 weeks I will be there.
