13lbs lost in 3 weeks

Delighted that I have managed to lose 13lbs in just 3 weeks by simply changing my eating habits!

I have been avoiding the junk food and sweet treats between meals and just eating better food. I haven't been depriving myself of all the fun as we have had a take away and a few meals out.

I am not exercising at present on medical advice but I am hopeful that in the next few weeks I can add exercise to my program. Hopefully that is just going to help the weight loss head in the right direction!
