  • Hi, I'm fairly new to the boards but not new to MFP. I'm at a stage now where I'm happy with my weight, but want to maintain it and tone up generally, especially my tummy area. If I'm left to my own devices, I know those pounds will slowly creep back, so I'm continuing to log my foods and meals daily. I've changed my profile settings, so my calorie allowance has increased.
    Any advice or tips regarding maintaining weight and toning my tummy would be much appreciated.

    I'm rapidly heading towards 60, and have dodgy shoulders, and extremely poor eye sight, but other than that I'm in pretty good health.

    It'd be good to get to know others out there!!
