Going by your tracker you don't really have enough to lose to be able to lose 2lbs a week I'm afraid. The closer you are to your goal weight the less you can expect to lose per week.

Yeah, it is setting it that low because you selected 2lbs a week. Try going to 0.5lbs per week. I know at least for me, I won't stick to a diet that is too hard. Slow and easy is good for me.

Your BMR is what it takes to MAINTAIN YOUR CURRENT WEIGHT if you do nothing but rest and sleep.
It does not include the calories you burn in you "activities of daily living" that number will be about 1730

MFP won't let you go below 1200 cal so that you can get proper nutrition.
That puts you at lose 1.1 lbs a week.

Don't know what your goal weight is? I'm guessing 115-130, which would be healthy for your height?

What worked well for me was LOSE 1 LB /WK until I got down to 1200 calories.
When it stuck there for a while I checked my goals page (on the lower right corner it says PROJECTED WEIGHT LOSS and shows the rate you should be losing at, when that went down to 0.9 I switched to LOSE 1/2 LB /WK.)

My theory is the closer you get to your goal the more calories you add back, so that by the time you get to your goal you'll be already eating in a way that you can MAINTAIN your weight. I get 1600 cal to maintain my ultimate goal weight. because this is only a guideline of what works for MOST people I'm adding back calories a little at a time to see where I stabilize.

_____WE INTERRUPT THIS MESSAGE TO BRING YOU AN AUNT RANT______
You are young and want to look all sassy. Ain't nothing wrong with that, but take it from a cranky old lady. I spent way too much time Yo-Yo dieting and it's so bad for your body. And it makes it harder to lose when you are old and have health issues on top of it. I know you're you and will never have a health problem e v e r .

Your body is a vehicle that has to last your whole life. There are no trade-ins. Focus on healthy, not quickly... make small changes that you can keep up, (it's not about being perfect, it's about doing better) take it off slowly learn how to maintain so you can spend much more time having a really FUN life doing whatever you want... dancing, kayaking, rock climbing, play with your kids, zip lining, rocking it with the love of your life.... make sure your body is strong enough to take you where you want to go. Because you deserve a spectacular life.
______END OF AUNT RANT______ ... You may now resume your regularly scheduled life... or not you get to pick.
