September 1 - What are your goals for this month

Its a new month. What are your goals for this month?

Mine are:
- Go to the gym for 1 hour, 5 times a week
- Drink at least 12 glasses of water a day
- Lose 6 pounds by the end of the month
- Try at least one class at the gym

What are your goals?

    My goals are the same every month.

    Eat a healthy diet
    Exercise regularly and include strength training no matter how much I hate it.
    Don't drink too much.
    Be happy.

    September Goals:

    Weight lift 5 days a week for 20 minutes
    Zumba 2 times a week for 1 hour each
    Elliptical 2 times a week for 45 minutes each
    Wii Zumba and Gold's Gym Workout once each a week for 45 minutes
    30 Day Shred at least 4 times a week.
    Hoping to start a yoga class at the end of the month.
    Keep on track with my eating.
    Stay positive.
    Finish 30 Day Shred.
    BE HAPPY!!!!!!
  • Swim at least 10 miles this month...

    Strength training 3 times a week...

    Lose 5 pounds...

    Clean out my closet and dresser...

    No alcohol in September....

    GOALS:

    1) Hit the gym 4-5 days a week.
    2) Finish the 30 Day Shred without any breaks!
    3) Lose 10 lbs before my birthday on October 1st :)
    4) (not weight related but..) get a job lol

    Run the distance of one marathon per week, or 104.8 miles per month.

    Put only nutrional food/drinks in my mouth
    Complete 30 day shred
    Drink 80/90 oz of water per day
    reduce insomnia & increase stamina
    tone arms (yikes!)

    Ride at least 10 miles/week
    Lift at least once/week
    Run at least twice/week

    I don't get much time for exercise between work, school, and wedding planning/relationship building with my fiance. Gotta get it where I can!

    Goals are to keep going as I have been, walking and losing weight. New goal is to enjoy/survive the Lithe Method classes that start on the 12th. Combo barre/bands/cardio/mat/hell? work.
