Hey! My name is Amy and I am 24 years old and I am back to MFP. I used MFP about a year ago, but couldn't keep it up. I think I did not have the right motivation or determination. I am back and I am super determined to stick with it and work to change my lifestyle.
I went through some tough personal things this summer and I realized that I want to lose the weight to be healthier and have a better life, so I am back with lots of pounds to lose, but more desire to do so! I have faithfully been tracking everything for a few days and I love how fast and simple it is!
