Hi my name is Sandy and this is day 1 for me. My focus is to stay motivated to lose the weight and these daily entries are sure going to help! If anyone has any tips for getting started and staying focused, I'm open to hearing them. I could use all the help and motivation I can get! Thanks!

    Welcome! I'm on Day 15. It's been such a great experience so far. I'm just focusing on tracking calories to start. I've been doing well. It certainly helps hold you accountable! I see that I'm making better choices. I no longer drink soda or eat as many sweets as I used to but I don't deprive myself either.

    My suggestion is to start simple. As each week passes, add another goal. I've lost 7 pounds just by focusing on calories without planned exercise. I'm ready to begin adding in the exercise next week now that I have the nutirion routine down.
