Hello All! I became a member earlier in the year, but never really utilized it's benefits until now. My goal is to lose weight, tone my body, and just keep a great eating habit. I've been running for two years now, completing several 5Ks, 8K, 10K, and two 1/2 marathons. Had to stop running for a few months due to some injuries and that packed on 15 lbs! Whoa!!

Now, I'm starting all over again and trying to find the exercise that fits me best. I have several DVDs, including P90X, but I stop doing it because I don't want to look ripped. I want to look slim and tone and more feminine.

I look forward to hearing from you all who are looking for the same type "fit" so that I'll know how to get started. Currently, I'm working out to Tracy Anderson's Metamorphis and running 2-3 days a week.
