    Is anyone interested in a part two to this challenge? I'll be sad to see this one finish. It would be great if we could 'graduate' a group of us to a second set of challenges. I would love to see something with calorie burn tracking and weekly goals in various areas. Is anyone up for this?

    I actually was going to ask this soon. I have some ladies who are interested in helping me to keep the group going. If anyone is interested that would be great. Maybe I will come up with a spreadsheet so that I can just see everyone who wants in. I will do that tomorrow. I love this group and would love to stay with those of you who would like to continue.

    I was thinking the same thing, maybe we could do a challenge through christmas? Holidays are gonna be rough on everyone! Either way im totally in, dont think I would have come this far without the help and support of this group!

    Yay! I'm glad; you have been so instrumental in organizing everything & keeping it going (I'm continually impressed); I feel lucky to have been able to join!

    OMG!!!!! I did not believe for even a second that Iw ould have lost! I was just hoping and prayingt hat I hadn't gained seeing as I had been unable to workout. I am so proud of myself! And so thankful to you guys for keeping me motivated. It goes to show the power of controlling your calorie intake because this 100% attributed to portion size and healthy choices. I am so motivated right now! And the timing couldn't be better because I have a 2day board meeting and I know that the food I will be exposed to is gonna be anything but healthy but this totally inspires me to make the best decisions I can. yay!!!

    I don't have the spreadsheet links saved on this computer, so Karie, can you please input my numbers. 2.4lbs loss. points for nutrition, commitment and strength (I feel like I completed the challenge even tho I had to modify a few moves to take pressure off my ankle).

    The holidays are gonna be HARD!! I'm in! I need the added motivation of these challenges to help me be more accountable! And now that school has started and I have gotten more of a routine down, it will be easier to get on here and keep up with everyone! :flowerforyou:

    Yaaaayyyy!! Good for you!! Did you up your calories too? This might be an interesting experiment too, if you're not burning as much off, your body is feeling that it can give up some of the weight.. just a thought!!

    Yet again I'm at 130lbs....so, no gain no loss and no points for that ! Ugh....three stinking pounds, can't I just lose the last three?!

    I'm here! haven't worked out yet today, bit did a lot of walking this morning. I was thinking about our next challenge, after our 6 weeks is up. Maybe, as a group, we want to start giving Karie some ideas, just to help her out a little. I can't imagine that its easy to come up with something new every week. That being said...I don't have any ideas yet! Anyone else want to strart us off?

    ** I am hoping that everyone by now has a routine and that they are excited about exercise. So this week I would like everyone to set a goal for themselves. What will you commit to? Your post today and everyday will read:
    I will show you what my goals will be

    Cardio part 2: ( 1 point)
    Add atleast an extra 100 calorie workout to my routine everyday, something new.
    Burn atleast 500 calories per day.
    Wednesday- Goal completed
    Thursday-
    Friday-
    Saturday-
    Sunday-
    Monday-
    Tuesday-

    Strength:( 4 different strength workouts = 4 points)

    200 sit-up's
    Wednesday- 50 sit- ups completed

    100 lunges
    Wednesday 25 Lunges completed

    Food: (1 point)
    Stay under Carbs atleast 4 days.

    I upped my intake to 1300 calories. Not a huge change from the 1200 I had been at, but you are right it could have made the difference. With the cleanse I am starting this wekend I am going to have to up my intake significantly so we'll see how that goes. i'll keep you posted!
