so i was not losing any weight so i wrote a post asking people to tell me what i was doing wrong. many people said to eat MORE. this seemed crazy to me but i was not losing so what the hell. i gave it a whirl. i changed my setting to lose 1/2lb a week instead of 1lb to raise my calories. BUT..... now that i am eating more i am always hungry. when i was eating less i felt full all of the time and found it hard to eat all my calories but now that i am eating more i feel hungry like every hour. i dont get it??? eat more and im hungry eat less and im full. im so confused! what gives??? any body else experience this or have any ideas?

You were probably in starvation mode. Our bodies are amazing things. You starve it, it stops wanting food because it assumes none is available so it stops wasting energy asking for it. You start eating like you should, your body thinks "oh, the famine is over, food is back again, I better eat a bunch of it now to prepare for the next famine."
Remember, our set-up is for the old hunter/gatherer days -- not for modern times so it reacts to famine and plentiful modes.0 -
your metabolism is humming now.... just give it some time. you eat pretty healthy...so again, just give it some time. have healthy snacks when you are hungry and enjoy the fact that you can feel this hunger!0

Basically our bodies cannot be trusted. If they could, we'd never overeat and never have to count calories. It's possible that your body had given up on sending hunger signals because you'd be ignoring it for so long. Now that it's starting to get enough, it's starting to act normal and/or get greedy. Make sure you are eating lots of protein, fiber and even some fat to keep you fuller long (like eggs keep me much fuller after breakfast than cereal does).0
