Consolidation Phase

I'm about to enter the consolidation phase and cannot decide between doing PP/PV on a 5/5 rhythm or a 1/1. In the book, Dukan recommends the 5/5 but said 1/1 seems to be easier for people to stick to. Anyone know any comparisons between the two?

Hi,
Do you mean Cruise phase? Phase 2? How much wgt. to your True Weight? If you have a small amount (20 and under) I would suggest 5/5, as it's more quickly effective. 1/1 is good for a longer period of time.0
