Bathroom Scale recommendations?

We have a cheap bathroom scale that consistently measures us at 6 lbs. lighter than what we weigh at the doctor's. On the bright side, our scale is consistent and we know to add 6 lbs. to get our "real" weight. But it would be nice to have an accurate scale at home.

Any recommendations for bathroom scales that you've found to be reliable and valid? I'm not interested in spending a fortune, but I'd spend up to $50.

    I've had this one since June and I love it... always get the same reading if I weigh a few times in a row. My weight is the same on my scale and at my doctors office, which is nice! Usually the doctor's scales read 4-5 lbs heavier.

    I have the same problem. I bought a chepie and almost everytime I get on it I have to adjust it before I can use it. Though maybe I'm just mad at it because it tells me that I'm fatter than I thought I was. Grr..:ohwell:

    Most bathroom scales have an adjustment wheel to fix this. You should try to find it on the sides or under.

    i bought the weight watchers one at walmart. i don't remember how much it was. it is always within a pound or 2 under the drs. i do however weigh naked at home and with clothes at the dr. so that is probably the difference

    i like the weight watchers scales, seem to be reading pretty accurate so far, same as the doctors scales :)
