Good morning,
I hope everyone's day got off to a good start. Remember that the challenge has officially started as of today.
Please make sure that every day this week you log into MFP and track your food and water intake. It's important that you get at least 64oz of water and do not go over your calories. This I think is the hardest of the weekly challenges because you have to log in and track for 6 days, but I KNOW we can do it!!!
Thanks everyone, also if you have not sent me your starting weight I need it.
