    Thanks girls. Although, I am happy to inspire you to reward yourself, I posted a link that I think all of us beginners need to read! It's about eating the calories you exercise off! Good info!

    I've already eaten 1900 calories today and MFP is telling me to eat 900 more because I went on a big cycle ride earlier. This just seems ... wrong. I'm not even hungry. Really really eating a load of food when I'm not hungry and have already eaten plenty will be better for me?
