p90x: what percent could you do on day 1? (I'm new)

Hi.

I've had p90x for several months, but I haven't tried it - until today.

I thought I was in pretty good shape, but alas, I guess I'm not. I could only do about half (a little less) of -what the folks on the DVD did, and only about 20% of the pull ups... less on the third and fourth set.

Any other folks out there who've done p90x - what was your first day like? Do I stand a chance of getting to the level of the folks on the DVD?

(BTW, I'm a 50 yr old male - it would be great to compare notes with someone in a similar demographic, but don't let that stop you from commenting)

    My first time with P90X was ugly! And I mean UGLY! I got about half way done with Cardio X and I was dead! I was gasping for air, pausing after ever set. But I kept at it! And now I can kill any of the P90X cardio without even stopping! You will see improvement I promise! If you have any questions or concerns feel free to add me or send a PM
