What to do?!

So I am on day 14 of 30 Day Shred and I am completley bored with it. I dont wanna finish it. I just wanna start doing other exercises and workout routines. Maybe do 30DS once or twice a week(not 7!). What should I do?

  • I tell everyone: Forget Jillian! Try Jackie Warner. LOVE her workouts. I will say though, just don't buy her first DVD with the trainers from her show. The workouts are still good, but the trainers and very much annoying. She did it right after this one came out. Her 5 circuit training DVD is fantastic!

    I honestly do not do 30DS on a daily basis. I mix up my exercise!

    See I think that may be why I stopped losing weight because my body is used to doing 30DS and Ive heard that once your body gets used to it you stop losing. I am also walking while doing Shred, and am still not losing much. Maybe gaining muscle?

    I still lost when I done this... I am in maintenance mode now and still do it this way... I have not gained or lost, I am where I want to be!

    Why not lift weights at the gym? Or try www.bodyrock.tv for some hardcore super intense workouts. I'm sure you won't get bored with those ones, plus she updates almost every day with new routines, and most of them are 12-20 minutes.
