Hello.

Without an extensive history, the current state of affairs is:
* 51
* 6'
* 330# (recently down from 385 (max was July 2010: most of the weight loss was from Sept'10 - Feb'11. Been stable at 330 since Feb)
* Semi-sedentary (i.e. work involves strenuous exersice periodically but my personal time is too sedentary)
* September 2010 got my right hip dislocated, had some surgery. It works but it's not 100% (wake-up call inspiring the recent weight loss)
* Been using Unicity Bios Life Slim fiber packets (0.25oz, 3-a-day) since June (I like the effect, but it's not that much of an appetite deterent).
* Found myfitnesspal mobile through iTune ApStore.
* Looking to loose 100 more pounds.

That's the short version.
