Hi everyone, new here and loving all the tools and support this site has to offer.
My question is regarding calories burned during exercise...
How or where can I just enter a number without specifically searching and identifying the exercise.
Basically I just want to log somewhere that I burned, for example, 250 calories for the day during exercise.

If you try to search for an exercise, when it brings up the list, at the bottom, it will say "or add your own exercise"...just type in what you want to call it and enter the calories.0
