Suunto T3 owners - help please

Hi all,

My T3 seems to be doing it's job perfectly except the display is always showing the training effect and not my actual heart rate. It shows my heart rate around the outside, and my average at the bottom, but the large numbers in teh middle of teh screen just show the training effect and I can't get rid of it :o(

Any help would be appreciated as I have followed the manual but can't seem to find the answer.

    Doesn't matter, sussed it!!!

    Been searching for days and as soon as I ask the question the answer comes up elsewhere (email). Turns out it is about 3/4's of the way through the manual, and a fleeting mention at that.

    For anyone interested, hold the alt/back button (bottom left) for 2 seconds.

    Who would have thought it...
