Learning a lot in classes today, (psychology and biology) both focusing on nerve systems and how our body and cellular functions react to exercise.
Bottom line: exercise is very, very important for humans!
This sounds pretty significant in halting the progression of osteoporosis or even just as a boost to folks who think 'I can't exercise'0 -
