In the past I have prepared my go-to spaghetti (no recipe) and used ground chicken instead of beef. It was really good. I've also made it with ground turkey. I also make a spaghetti-ish dish with chicken breasts (I first cook them in the slow cooker all day with Italian spices and then pull apart and add to the sauce.0

i poach chicken breast then tear the meat into shreds. add to homemade sauce w/ mushrooms and peppers.0

My mom makes a chicken spaghetti by cooking 4 chicken breasts, garlic and onion in about 12 cups of water. Once cooked and boiling she adds about 12 oz of pasta. Once the pasta is done she adds a can of crushed tomatoes and 1/4 - 1/2 block of velveeta cheese. (No, she doesnt drain the pasta and the extra fluid makes it more soupy, not so thick) Its SOOOOO delicious my hubby asks for it all the time! I know it isnt "healthy" per se, but definately delicious!0

I like cooking chicken (cut into pieces/chunks, though, not ground chicken) in the marinara sauce - add whatever veggies you like to it and serving it over whole wheat pasta. :-) It's yummy.0
