    Hi, I'm 23 and a post-grad student. Since starting on the 4th January 2011 at 232lbs, I've lose 56.5lbs and am now 175.5lbs.

    My goal is to be at 164lbs (just inside the “healthy” range for my BMI) or 163lbs (30% starting body weight lost) by Christmas...but preferably before. Though to be honest right now I'm fitting into my goal size of clothes (UK12) so I'm going to keep this number flexible and if I think I'm getting “too small” for my frame then I'll reassess. I really don't want to lose my curves – my actual curves like my hips and boobs...not my belly and love handles...though to be fair I think my love handles have gone and despite my waist definitely being back, I only have a bit of belly left.

    I go back to finish my masters at the end of September, so the last little bit of weightloss is going to be harder to concentrate on when the workload piles on, so this is a great thread to help keep me motivated.

    Current Weight (As of today): 175.5 lbs.

    I'm not really bothered how I lose my last 11.5lbs but I really would like to be at goal by Christmas...if I get there before then that will be lovely and I will be aiming to maintain.

    Hi my name is Heather! When I started on here at 140lbs I was doing really good and lost 10 lbs. Then I got a little bad, but still maintained my weight but didn't lose any. Got back on track and lost a couple more pounds, then my boyfriends birthday happened, it started with cheesecake and went violently down hill after that. Five days later way my birthday, after that week I gained back a couple more pounds... :(
    I have been doing pretty good this week, not too much exercise but I have been very good with eating! I want to get back on track and be good again and this would be perfect!

    I am 5'1.5"
    I started at 140lbs
    Got down to 128 lbs
    Today's weight is 130.8 lbs
    I would love to be able to lose 12 lbs by Dec 22 :) Let's do this

    Hi. My name is Andrea and I am ready to get back on track. I had done really well during the spring but summer has been tough. My overall weight loss is 85 lbs and while I have been able to maintain this I have been unable to break through to the next level. I faithfully excersize but struggle with food issues! Accountability and support is key so thanks to all of you for that - I need it!!!

    It had been kind of a quick crazy gain...so glad that once I got back on track with my food and excersize it was the same kind of quick crazy loss! Yoo Hoo!!!

    I had a crazy summer I was so caught up in barbeque and party that i didn't do well at all I been doing this for almost for 3 year was able to keep 30pounds off hope to do some serious weight loss by December hope you add me to this tread thanks

    I had a crazy summer too and am back on track now. I think we are at about the same place. My highest weight was 230...YIKES. I have kept a good amount off for a few years and am now at 150ish but would love to lose another 15. Lots of struggles to get there and could use the support of this thread!

    I'm Jo :) I am almost 5'4" and my heaviest weight was 164 lbs. I started losing weight a little over a year ago, but wasn't totally serious about it. My weight went up and down as I tried multiple rounds of the South beach Diet. I joined MFP in March of 2011 and since then I have completed Jillian Micahel's 30 Day Shred and Ripped in 30. My current work out is a mixture of those two, Jillian's Yoga Meltdown, and running (which I never thought I'd like). I am down to 138 lbs and have lost 13 and a quarter inches. :) Ultimately I'd like to weigh around 120 lbs or 125 lbs. So, I'll post current measurements and my weigh in chart/goals for Christmas! I'm going to weigh in every Thursday and aim to lose a pound a week (for now at least). :) Twelve weeks til Christmas and a pound gone for each one! Any and all accountability help is appreciated!

    10/1: 128.2 (I gained on the scale, but I lost inches. I just bought a pair of Size 2 jeans!! Comfortably fit in a 2/4 and it is a very nice feeling. I'm much more concerned with how I *feel* as opposed to how much I *weigh*.

    Missed my Thursday weigh in.... still at 138 lbs. Needing to change. I feel like i have to change what I'm eating, but I'm not sure how or what to. I feel a little clueless and like I have no will power when it comes to delicious food! Bah.
