    I'm Jo :) I am almost 5'4" and my heaviest weight was 164 lbs. I started losing weight a little over a year ago, but wasn't totally serious about it. My weight went up and down as I tried multiple rounds of the South beach Diet. I joined MFP in March of 2011 and since then I have completed Jillian Micahel's 30 Day Shred and Ripped in 30. My current work out is a mixture of those two, Jillian's Yoga Meltdown, and running (which I never thought I'd like). I am down to 138 lbs and have lost 13 and a quarter inches. :) Ultimately I'd like to weigh around 120 lbs or 125 lbs. So, I'll post current measurements and my weigh in chart/goals for Christmas! I'm going to weigh in every Thursday and aim to lose a pound a week (for now at least). :) Twelve weeks til Christmas and a pound gone for each one! Any and all accountability help is appreciated!

    10/1: 128.2 (I gained on the scale, but I lost inches. I just bought a pair of Size 2 jeans!! Comfortably fit in a 2/4 and it is a very nice feeling. I'm much more concerned with how I *feel* as opposed to how much I *weigh*.

    Missed my Thursday weigh in.... still at 138 lbs. Needing to change. I feel like i have to change what I'm eating, but I'm not sure how or what to. I feel a little clueless and like I have no will power when it comes to delicious food! Bah.
