hey guys. I'm going to Mexico City this weekend and was just wondering what the food is like if anyone has been there. Will I be able to make healthy choices? I'm concerned that all they'll have is tacos, burritos, etc and I've been doing so well lately and don't want to mess it up! thanks

like every city you can get whatever you want.. the street food is good if not a little spicy
well for me
Fajita's aren't bad for you as long as you dont overdo it on the toppings.
Great city thoughmy tip keep looking at the pavement... with all past earthquake activity it's easy to take a fall...especially after one too many tequilas... enjoy

that is like saying all there is to eat in the states is hamburgers and french fries. mexico city is the 5th largest city in the entire world.
that said...you won't see many burritos in mexico. tacos are not a bad choice. especially piled high with veggies. most of my mexico experience is south-eastern coast cuisine.0
