Hey everyone! I'm still at Fort Gordon, GA and started a 90-Day FIT Challenge. If anyone is in the area and would like to start their OWN 90-Day FIT Challenge, let me know. I've already got a nice group of peeps who are making the commitment and we are all supporting each other! All we do is "press play" every day and keep our nutrition in check:0) I can't even begin to tell you how making an open commitment has changed my life!

20 minutes south of Atlanta, but I work downtown. You can catch me running every once in a while outside the Perimeter of Piedmont Park on my lunch break(10th street, Monroe, Piedmont Ave, and 14th street).
