Looking for help trying to keep going in the right direction. So far I am doing great but I know the bumps in the road are coming.

    It takes a while to form a habit, but once you do then you commit to it daily. I find on those days that I just want to say the heck with it I will go in and do only a couple of minutes on the treadmill but at least I got on it and I didn't break the habit. If you hate exercising because you have to change into work out clothes, do what I do and exercise in my pjs, my sneakers and socks are always beside the treadmill. Same with eating, I really enjoy fruit smooties and crumpets and poached eggs and oatmeal so one morning I have one and so on, so that I don't get bored. They are easy things to make and good for me. I do the same for the other meals. Now that I am to my goal weight I am changing up some of my foods. Good luck with it but form a habit and commit to it. Your lungs and heart will love you for it. Struggling with maintaining right now!
