Hey! So i recently turned 27 and had my second child June 27th. After the scale reached a point I never thought I would see I knew I was going to have a long road ahead of me. After my first child I struggled to loose the weight for the first six months due to nursing (my body just craved everything and held on to fat for dear life it seemed like). I never got back to my normal self and then got pregnant again. We are done having kids so I know when I do this its for good. I was only using MFP to log my food after baby since I wasn't cleared to work out until a week ago. I recently started Crossfit and I think I am forming a serious love hate relationship. If there is anyone else doing crossfit out there I could use a none male/ non hubby buddy in this (he has been doing it for a few years now).
