When I decided to start this weight loss journey it was due to the pic that I am using as my starting pic. This is actually a freeze frame shot from a video that my niece took. I watched the video and wanted to cry. I hated how I looked and THAT is what made me wake up and realize that I need to do something about my weight, and I need to do it NOW!

Thanks everyone.... I do have a ton more confidence now. I'm not hiding behind the camera anymore, I am the one in front of it... I am starting to become comfortable in my own skin.
I am really excited to show off my success... I am going to see a friend of mine in 2 weeks that I have not seen in about 5 years... I was around 240-250 pounds then and I can't wait to see the look on his face when he sees me!!!!0 -
