New to this site but definitely not dieting :) I was a teacher for 5 years and then have spent the last 3.5 years at home raising my boys ages 5 and 3. I have been on some pretty tough meds over the last three years and am now coming off of all of them. I am going for more of a holistic approach. Controlling everything with diet and exercise. I am soooo ready to be successful at the dieting game. I have chosen a profile picture that I am not proud of. But I am hoping it is a motivator that I have to look at it and know that others are too.

    I hear you .. this is not dieting ... this is lifestyle awareness. Keeping track of what you do to help (and sometimes hurt) yourself. Take it one day at a time, making small changes and tweaks regularly to help you meet and exceed your goals. I've been here a month and learning a lot about myself. You will too!
