okie dokie my soon to be hubby applied ages ago when he was in better shape. Anyway he was almost through but missed it because the hospital took months to send out his medical history. This was soooooo long ago we had given up hope and had started looking into him going to the mines. So today he received a call asking him if he still wanted to join and that he just needs to do his last interview. At which point I start super smiling. The problem we have is that he is very sluggish when he applied he would of smashed the physical test however now I am not sure he would pass.
So I am looking for some programs for him to follow I was thinking the c25k to begin with maybe the 200 sit ups as he can no longer do the amount needed. We will be doing it together. Anyway any suggestions?
